IEEE 802.16 IMT-Advanced Evaluation Group Coordination Meeting

Participants at the IEEE 802.16 IMT-Advanced Evaluation Group Coordination Meeting of 13 January 2009 are required to register. Such registration may be completed in two ways:

  1. If you wish to participate in IEEE 802.16 Session #65, you should register through the IEEE 802.16 Session #65 Information Page AND provide notice by email of your intent to attend; please indicate which Independent Evaluation Group you will represent. Note that the lowest discount pre-registration closes on 9 December 2009. With this option, participation in the IEEE 802.16 IMT-Advanced Evaluation Group Coordination Meeting, for membership purposes, counts as participation in the IEEE 802.16 Working Group.
  2. If you wish to participate only in the IEEE 802.16 IMT-Advanced Evaluation Group Coordination Meeting, you are welcome to do so at no charge, provided that you register no later than 4 January by submitting the IEEE 802.16 IMT-Advanced Evaluation Group Coordination Meeting Registration Form below. In this case, please note that you will receive a registration badge entitling you to attend all IEEE 802.16 meetings during the week. However, if you choose this option, you will not be entitled to "participation" credit toward your membership in the IEEE 802.16 Working Group. If you are a member of the IEEE 802.16 Working Group, or if you wish to become a member of the IEEE 802.16 Working Group, then you should choose method (a) above. Also, if you miss the 4 January deadline, you may still participate using method (a).

If you register but later determine you are unable to attend, you are obligated to immediately cancel your registration following the instructions provided in your email confirmation.
